By using Jachai Social Commerce you agree to these terms.

The service

Jachai Social Commerce lets a shop plan, publish and review posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts it owns or manages, and see comments and performance numbers for those posts.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Connected accounts

You may connect only Pages and accounts you own or are allowed to manage. You can disconnect them at any time. You must follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok when you use them through Jachai Social Commerce.

Your content

You keep ownership of the products, images, text and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and publish it for you as part of the service. You are responsible for making sure your content and offers are true, lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to post misleading offers, spam, illegal goods, or anything that harms others, and do not try to break or overload the service.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features that depend on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok can change or stop if those platforms change.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, or for problems caused by third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
