Privacy Policy
Jachai Social Commerce helps online shops plan, publish and review posts on their own Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and TikTok accounts. This policy explains what data we use, why, and what choices you have.
What data we use
When a shop owner connects a social account, we receive data from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with the owner's permission:
- Pages and accounts: the name, ID and profile picture of the connected Page or account.
- Posts: the posts we publish for the shop, and the status of each post.
- Comments: comments on the shop's posts, so the shop can see and answer them.
- Insights: reach, reactions, clicks and similar performance numbers for the shop's posts and Page.
We do not read private messages, and we do not collect data about a Page's visitors beyond what the platforms share as comments and insights.
Why we use it
We use this data only to run the service for the shop that connected the account: to publish posts, show comments, measure results and suggest what to post next. We do not use it for advertising to you, and we do not build profiles of individual people.
How we protect it
Access tokens and other secrets are stored encrypted. Each shop can only see its own data. Access by our staff is limited and recorded.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep a shop's data while its account is active. When a shop disconnects an account or asks us to delete data, we remove the related data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also remove Jachai Social Commerce at any time from your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings, which stops all further access.
